Our Employment & Safety team builds close relationships with its clients’ HR professionals, executives, in-house counsel and managers to gain a genuine understanding of their workplaces and employment relationship risks.

  • conducting underpayment reviews, HR policy and compliance reviews, visa condition compliance reviews and recommending improvements

  • representing clients in unfair dismissals, adverse action complaints, breach of contract claims, workplace bullying and harassment, and post-employment restraint proceedings
