Our Employment & Safety team advises on the full spectrum of employment law, industrial relations, workplace safety and disputes.
Our team’s collective experience spans advising clients across multiple industries, including aged and community care, construction, education, financial services, community and health, hospitality, technology and telecommunications, labour hire, manufacturing, mining, property, professional services, consumer, transport and logistics and the not-for-profit and faith based enterprise sectors.
We also work with insurers and their insureds to resolve and defend claims under employment practices liability (EPL) and director and officer (D&O) policies.
