We are also experienced in advising on initial public offerings (IPO) and capital raisings and secondary market activities, such as placements, rights issues, share placements and convertible notes, and innovative capital raisings to create hybrid financial products. We have also assisted clients with pre-IPO capital raisings and have a growing reputation for advising on issues impacting managed investment schemes, public and wholesale schemes and establishing REITs.
