CBP Foundation

Our core focus is to promote and protect the rights of women, children and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation brings together our entire community offering and is comprised of three streams  - pro bono legal services, volunteering and charitable contributions.

We are dedicated to enhancing access to justice and addressing unmet legal needs through our Pro Bono and Community program. We support disadvantaged individuals, marginalised groups, charities and not-for-profit organisations by providing pro bono legal services, volunteering, and engaging in workplace giving. Our commitment to responsible business drives us to play a leading role in making the justice system more effective and equitable, while fostering strong, active participation in our communities.

We focus our efforts in promoting and protecting the rights of children and young people, women and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

We consider all requests for pro bono legal services, professional and general volunteering, community project assistance and in-kind support, with an emphasis on organisations that impact our focus areas.

Colin Biggers & Paisley has, in a short time, become a greatly valued member of our pro bono family. Since the launch of the Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation, they have demonstrated a deep and abiding commitment to providing access to justice for those facing disadvantage, which is precisely Justice Connect’s mission. In particular, Colin Biggers & Paisley's focus on the plight of women and children is admirable and much-needed. Without such commitment from law firms like Colin Biggers & Paisley, thousands would be denied access to justice. We are happy and proud to consider them our partners in pro bono.

Our partnership with CBP really makes a huge difference for us. As a small and underfunded service we struggle to meet the needs of our vulnerable clients. CBP stands with us and supports us in many ways, from its solicitors taking on our victim’s support applications, to sharing their offices with our evening advice volunteers, to conducting our client satisfaction survey. In addition CBP helps us raise much-needed funds by hosting events and making donations. Thank you CBP!
