Supporting our team

To empower our people to give back, we offer 2 days of volunteer leave per year. This enables everyone at Colin Biggers & Paisley to dedicate time to causes they care about, making a meaningful impact while enhancing their own well-being and professional growth.

Charitable Contributions

The Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation is firmly committed to supporting the communities we work in, both through our legal practice and the personal efforts of our team. We have cultivated a culture of workplace giving, encouraging our people to actively participate in community programs and initiatives that create meaningful change.

Our Support

Our support is multi-faceted, extending through in-kind contributions, such as providing office facilities, word processing, photocopying, and catering services. These resources help our community clients enhance their capacity and deliver services more effectively. Additionally, we engage in targeted fundraising initiatives to provide financial assistance to these organisations.

Beyond financial and in-kind support, we offer internships and mentoring opportunities to community members, helping to build skills and confidence. We also actively raise awareness on critical social issues, leveraging our platform to drive positive change. 

Through our structured workplace giving program, our team is able to regularly support causes that align with the Foundation’s strategy, ensuring that donations directly benefit our charity partners. These contributions, combined with the Foundation’s funding, make a lasting difference in the lives of those we support.
