- Back end services – litigation at all levels in all State and Territory courts and tribunals - all forms of alternate dispute resolution including expert determinations and appraisals, arbitrations, adjudications, facilitations, mediations and conciliations - security of payment legislation matters including the preparation of payment claims and schedules, adjudication applications and responses, enforcement of and challenges to adjudication determinations - stop work orders, building work rectification orders, information gathering powers, right of entry powers including search warrants, show cause notices and other regulatory matters in connection with licenses, registrations, offences and disciplinary action under State and Territory building legislation.
