Colin Biggers & Paisley strengthens national legal practice with eight promotions across key industries.

Colin Biggers & Paisley is pleased to announce the promotion of eight lawyers across its national practice, effective 1 July 2025.


These promotions demonstrate the practice’s ongoing commitment to identifying and nurturing outstanding legal talent and enhancing its client-centric service offering.  

Among the promotions, Sydney-based lawyer Jean-Paul Fraticelli has been appointed Partner within the Property & Development group. Tyrone Prisk, based in Brisbane, has been promoted to Special Counsel in the Employment & Safety team. Additionally, six other lawyers across the Insurance team, Planning, Government, Infrastructure & Environment team, Construction & Engineering team, Disputes & Investigations team, and Employment & Safety team have been advanced to Senior Associate.

About those promoted 

Jean-Paul Fraticelli advises on the acquisition and sale of development sites and commercial assets, including residential and mixed-use developments. His experience also spans commercial, industrial, and retail leasing, as well as strata and community schemes. 

Tyrone Prisk brings a broad range of experience in employment and industrial relations, workplace health and safety, discrimination, and local government matters. He has built a specialist practice advising clients in the education and faith-based sectors and is a key advisor on complex industrial relations issues. 

Ashleigh Foster practises exclusively in planning and environment law, with a focus on litigation in the Planning and Environment Court of Queensland.  

Harrison Morley has considerable experience in construction disputes and contract negotiation. He regularly acts in complex, multi-party litigation and alternative dispute resolution processes across the construction industry. 

Kylie Trinh advises clients across a variety of industries, specialising in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory investigations. 

Finian Whish provides strategic advice on employment law, industrial relations, and work health and safety. He works closely with clients in the education, aged care, faith-based, and not-for-profit sectors, offering insight across the full spectrum of workplace relations. 

Christian Gorman specialises in institutional risk and liability, advising insurers, schools, aged care providers, faith-based organisations, and community services on matters ranging from bodily injury to professional and general liability. 

Stephanie Kostic acts for domestic and international insurers on complex professional indemnity and liability claims. She has particular expertise in high-value and catastrophic matters involving a wide range of professionals and organisations.
