CBP Foundation

Our core focus is to promote and protect the rights of women, children and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

At Colin Biggers & Paisley, we are committed to creating a fairer society. We leverage our legal expertise to support individuals, communities, and organisations in building a more just future together.

Our pro bono legal assistance is designed to drive positive social change, whether through direct support to individuals or as part of broader systemic initiatives. We help people overcome barriers that prevent them from enforcing their legal rights, support not-for-profit organisations dedicated to improving lives, and collaborate with communities and organisations that understand the changes needed to make the legal system better, fairer, and more accessible for everyone.

This commitment is shared across our entire firm. From partners, lawyers and business services teams and legal tech consultants, everyone at Colin Biggers & Paisley plays a role in our pro bono efforts.

Colin Biggers & Paisley has, in a short time, become a greatly valued member of our pro bono family. Since the launch of the Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation, they have demonstrated a deep and abiding commitment to providing access to justice for those facing disadvantage, which is precisely Justice Connect’s mission. In particular, Colin Biggers & Paisley's focus on the plight of women and children is admirable and much-needed. Without such commitment from law firms like Colin Biggers & Paisley, thousands would be denied access to justice. We are happy and proud to consider them our partners in pro bono.

Our partnership with CBP really makes a huge difference for us. As a small and underfunded service we struggle to meet the needs of our vulnerable clients. CBP stands with us and supports us in many ways, from its solicitors taking on our victim’s support applications, to sharing their offices with our evening advice volunteers, to conducting our client satisfaction survey. In addition CBP helps us raise much-needed funds by hosting events and making donations. Thank you CBP!
