Overview
Karell provides her clients with strategic advice in all stages of litigation and acts on behalf of employers and organisations across various industries including insurance, education, faith-based, services, retail, financial, manufacturing, clubs, healthcare, property and not-for-profit.
She regularly represents and appears for her clients in federal and state courts as well as the Fair Work Commission and Australian Human Rights Commission.
Karell holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) from the University of Southern Queensland and was admitted to practice on 27 March 2020.
