Overview
Karissa has extensive experience in capital and commercial transactions, leasing and body corporate law. Karissa manages a diverse range of property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of large commercial sites such as service stations, shopping centres and agricultural properties. She represents developers in residential and commercial projects, overseeing all due diligence, joint venture agreements and lending arrangements. She also specialises in commercial and retail leasing, body corporate management, and business sales.
Karissa holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and Master of Applied Laws, Property and Commercial Transactions from the College of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University. She was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland on 13 December 2012.
