Colin Biggers & Paisley is a trusted advisor on infrastructure, major projects and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). - Infrastructure and major projects – Our knowledge of infrastructure planning, funding and delivery sets us apart. We have assisted private and public sector clients to deliver a wide range of infrastructure and planning projects, including civil infrastructure (rail, road, bridge, tunnel, ferry, pedestrian and public space), social infrastructure (hospitals and medical research facilities, opera, concert, gallery and park spaces) energy infrastructure (solar, wind, cogeneration, geothermal, hydro, coal and battery power station projects), water infrastructure (wastewater, water supply, waste management, sewerage, flood and stormwater), as well as transport, sport and recreation, community facilities and green infrastructure.
