Overview
Jessica's areas of expertise include professional indemnity, financial institutions and D&O liability, coverage disputes, and, more recently, in historical institutional abuse cases.
Throughout her career, Jessica has advised insurers, policy holders and professionals on financial services regulation, risk management, commercial disputes and coverage disputes.
Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, having worked in practices in Sydney, Melbourne and London, and is involved in Women in Insurance Victoria.
Admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court on 26 August 2005, and to the High Court on 21 December 2009, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Law degree (JD) from Monash University.
