Jessica Crollos
Senior Associate
Jessica is a senior associate in Colin Biggers & Paisley's insurance team based in Sydney.
Overview
She has over six years' experience in the areas of public liability, personal injury, workers compensation, indemnity disputes and motor vehicle recovery claims. Jessica has also managed public liability claims, both small and large, from the early stages of the claim through to the conclusion of litigation.
Jessica has acted for a number of major Australian and international insurers and has conducted
insurance defence litigation in the Local, District and Supreme Courts in NSW.
She regularly provides advice on issues of liability and recovery.
Jessica has also defended professional indemnity claims including medical malpractice claims against psychologists, dentists and other allied health professionals. This has involved Jessica assisting health professionals in responding to complaints made to the HCCC and other health professional boards and representing health professionals in coronial inquests.
Jessica has a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business and Commerce (majoring in Accounting) degree. She joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2022. Jessica was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 10 July 2020 and in the High Court on 27 May 2022.
