A partner in the Property & Development group since 2018, Claire has extensive experience in property law, working with some of Australia's largest developers on residential and commercial properties.
Overview
Claire works for a large range of clients from small scale property developers and landlords to large development companies. She provides all of her clients with commercial and strategic advice regarding the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial property.
Claire works with her clients in relation to the acquisition and disposal of both commercial and development sites. Priding herself in ensuring that the client's commercial outcomes are achieved.
In addition to her large team of lawyers, and licensed conveyancers and conveyancing paralegals who specialise in off the plan sales for vacant land, house and land packages and residential and commercial units, Claire attends to all aspects of the conveyancing process, and excels in managing a large and diverse practice.
Claire's major property clients include Metro Property, Landmark Group, McDonald Jones Homes (and related entities), Creation Homes Pty Ltd, Edgewater Homes (and related entities), St George Community Housing, Illawarra Housing Trust, Argyle Housing, Trumen Corp Toro Homes, PJM Group, Orosi as well as a number of private investors and property developers.
Claire is listed in the 2024 and 2025 editions of The Best Lawyers in Australia for her expertise in Real Property Law.
Claire completed her law degree from the University of New England in 2011 and her conveyancing certificate from Macquarie University in 2005. She was admitted to practice as a solicitor in NSW on 12 February 2012.
