A partner in the Property & Development group since 2013, Bob is a highly experienced property lawyer working with leading property developers across the full spectrum of property law matters.
Overview
Bob provides his clients with strategically focussed advice regarding titling and disposal procedures for residential properties, as well as drafting contracts, management statements and by-laws for strata and community scheme developments and greenfields sites. He assists in the supervision and coordination of large-scale stream conveyancing for residential developments bringing efficiency to process.
He applies his experience in commercial and retail leases communicating clear advice to his clients on agreements for lease, as well as building acquisitions, both commercial and retail, including full due diligence coordination and reporting.
Bob is a member of Urban Development Institute Australia, NSW contributing to committees and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted as a solicitor in NSW on 6 June 1997.
