Natasha is experienced in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate advisory and intellectual property.


Overview

Natasha takes a collaborative approach to meeting her client's needs and to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties. She advises on a broad scope of commercial contracts, including procurement and tender processes, transactional and advisory corporate matters, and ancillary regulatory issues.

She has extensive experience in share and business sales or acquisitions (having acted for both buyers and sellers), preparing shareholder agreements and company constitutions, and preparing corporate governance documents. In the commercial space, Natasha is experienced in drafting commercial contracts and standard terms, preparing complex commercial master services agreements, and advising on commercial contracting issues such as termination and unfair contract terms.

Natasha has previously been seconded to the Cancer Council of NSW to assist with preparing and negotiating commercial agreements, including services agreement and research collaboration agreements. During this time, she also provided commercial advice to multiple teams within the organisation and also assisted with preparing a suite of template documents for future use.

Natasha's expertise has been recognised by Best Lawyers, having been named as a Rising Star in 2024.

Natasha was admitted to practice in 2016 to the Supreme Court of NSW and has a Bachelor of Law (Hons 1st class) and Bachelor of Financial Services, University of New England, 2015.
