Kyle became a senior associate in the Construction & Engineering team in 2023.
Overview
His practice focuses on construction and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His experience acting for corporate developers, contractors, and individuals is broad and extends across complex litigation, adjudication, expert determination, and mediation.
Kyle regularly appears in the Supreme, District and Local courts and the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.
He also advises clients with respect to contract administration and statutory liability, including under Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act 1999 (NSW), Home Building Act 1989 (NSW), Design & Building Practitioners Act 2020 (NSW) and Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts. Kyle was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2019.
