Demi has experience defending personal injury claims for national and international insurers involving public liability, product liability issues, workers' recovery and professional indemnity.

Demi has also advised on indemnity and coverage disputes.
Demi has acted for a range of insureds, including residential and commercial occupiers, manufacturers, cleaners and constructions contractors, and has acted in the defence of multi-party disputes in the New South Wales District and Supreme Courts.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours), Demi also holds a Bachelor of Science (major in Psychological Science). Demi was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 1 March 2019.
