With extensive experience across all facets of employment law, workplace health and safety law, workers’ compensation law, and industrial relations law, Steven provides expert legal counsel on both advisory and advocacy matters.

His expertise includes advising on employment terminations, drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures, handling WHS incidents and prosecutions, conducting workplace investigations, and managing statutory workers’ compensation claims and employment-related litigation.

Steven is also frequently called upon to advise clients in the aftermath of significant workplace incidents. He is committed to strategic legal thinking that not only interprets the law but also considers its practical implications from both state and federal policy perspectives. His approach ensures that clients receive bespoke legal solutions tailored to their specific needs.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) with a minor in Economics and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2020.
