Adrian Konstantinidis

Adrian has shaped his career at Colin Biggers & Paisley, joining as a paralegal in 2008 through to becoming a partner in the Disputes & Investigations team in 2021. Adrian is experienced in acting in defence of class actions and complex commercial disputes.
Overview
Adrian has acted in some of Australia's major securities, employment and product liability class actions, including the defence of Dick Smith in two securities class actions concerning disclosures associated with the company's initial public offering and accounting, and Chandler Macleod in a class action brought regarding alleged employee entitlements at the Mt Arthur coal mine.
He also acts on behalf of corporations from a variety of industries in matters concerning contractual disputes, corporate collapses and financial services.
In 2021, Adrian was listed as a Litigation Rising Star by Lawyerly, which recognises lawyers under the age of 40 for their work in high stakes litigation.
Adrian has degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Law and a Master of Business Administration and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Courts on 7 October 2011. He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the Australian Insurance Law Association and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
