Overview
Victoria acts for companies, owners corporations’, associations, property owners and insurers. If litigation becomes necessary, she is experienced in strategizing and utilising the Court practice and procedures to obtain desirable outcomes for clients. Victoria's litigation experience spans all federal and New South Wales jurisdictions and she has also practiced in lower Victorian Courts.
In addition to holding a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Economics. Victoria regularly works with experts in their various fields of expertise, such as forensic accountants or valuation experts and is able to call upon her experience to tactically advise clients.
Victoria was admitted to practice in 2018 and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. Victoria has regularly appeared before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Appeals Panel.
