Jessica has extensive experience supporting small to medium-sized developers throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial site acquisition to finalising off-the-plan contracts and unit completions. The transactions she works on typically involve sums ranging from $10 million to $50 million. She regularly assists clients in managing disputes, particularly concerning property defects and settlement delays.
Additionally, Jessica provides strategic counsel on strata law matters, encompassing plan terminations, subdivisions, common property sales, and by-law drafting.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business and was admitted to practice law in New South Wales on 11 October 2013.
