We are excited to launch Steps for Stories, our Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation major fundraiser in support of our charity partner, the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF). From 4 – 11 June, our team will each take on a 125,000-step challenge to celebrate 125 years of CBP and help raise $40,000 to improve literacy for children in remote Indigenous Communities.
Why Literacy Matters
Literacy is a fundamental human right, yet many children in remote Communities have little or no access to books. The ILF provides culturally relevant books and literacy programs that empower First Nations children by strengthening language, culture, and identity. By joining Steps for Stories, you’ll be helping to raise vital funds that provide books and literacy programs to First Nations children, ensuring they have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
The Challenge
We are challenging our people to walk 125,000 steps in 8 days and raise money to support ILF’s vital work. Together, we are stepping up to ensure that every child has access to books in their First Language, giving them the tools to learn, grow, and thrive.
Support our efforts by donating or cheering on our teams as we walk, fundraise, and make an impact—one step at a time!
