This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to work in an established national Property team in the areas of conveyancing and development.

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to work in an established national Property team in the areas of conveyancing and development.
- File management of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase files
- Preparing contracts
- Drafting correspondence
- Communicating with clients to receive instructions and to provide advice
- Assisting with lodging documents on-line and coordinating settlements
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
- Researching details about the properties and developments being purchased or sold
- Conducting on-line searches and enquires
- Following up with banks, financial institutions and all stakeholders on all conveyancing matters
- Diary management and end of month billing
- Subdivision and development matters
- 3 to 4 years' experience as a property paralegal
- Excellent client service
- Strong knowledge of PEXA and Duties on Line
- High attention to detail and an eye for detail
- Relevant qualifications (highly desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and written skills
- Strong research and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, respond promptly and effectively to clients
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products, including Excel (but not essential)
- Knowledge of iManage or similar document management system
