Patrick has litigated in courts throughout Australia, with particular experience in the Magistrates', County, and Supreme Courts of Victoria. His background in insolvency and bankruptcy litigation involves representing creditors and stakeholders in liquidations and bankruptcies.
His strong foundation in accounting, combined with broad general commercial experience, enhances his litigation skills. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Monash University. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2018 and is also qualified to practice in the Federal Court and the High Court of Australia.
