A member of Colin Biggers & Paisley's Property & Development group since 2014, becoming a special counsel in 2024, Bianca leverages her extensive experience to deliver precise and effective legal advice, ensuring her clients navigate their commercial property matters with confidence and clarity.
Overview
She provides her clients with strategic advice tailored to their needs in respect of commercial, retail and telecommunications leasing, property acquisitions, development and sales, licensing, access and works deeds, easements, covenants and property advice work.
Bianca works closely with landlords, tenants, notable property developers and owners, receivers and managers and mortgagees exercising power of sale. She has particular expertise acting for local governments and public sector clients.
Bianca holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland. She was admitted as a solicitor on 24 October 2011 and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland. She is a member of the Queensland Law Society.
