Chris is a highly regarded property insurance and recoveries partner, known for his expertise in complex coverage and defence of first party property claims and complex recoveries, including in the construction and infrastructure space. He has worked across a range of claims and recoveries for domestic and London market insurers involving business interruption, industrial special risk, arson and fire damage, flooding and water damage, and fraud.

Chris is a dual qualified lawyer with a strong background in general commercial and insurance litigation in Australia and South Africa. He has advised organisations across industries including building and construction, banking, energy, transport and logistics and medical and pharmaceutical.
