Overview
John has acted on a large number of mergers, acquisitions, prospectuses and information memoranda and on prospectuses for several public companies and initial public offerings, and for public companies raising additional funds in the market.
John has been the chairman of the due diligence committee for IPOs and devised and documented the due diligence process.
John was admitted as a solicitor in NSW on 12 March 1976 and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws.
