Overview

Advising on corporate finance and refinancings is core to our team’s value proposition to borrowers and financiers, especially for syndicated and bilateral corporate finance and bank lending. 

We have a strong bank-side practice, with Australian and overseas banks and financial institutions as clients. We also advise borrowers in the property development, construction and tourism sectors, especially on projects with complex and cross-jurisdictional elements. 

Our role spans providing strategic advice and guidance to drafting, negotiating and closing on a full range of corporate finance matters, including:

• acquisitions and bilateral transactions
• derivatives/ISDA
• mezzanine financings
• preference equity transactions
• syndications. 

We also advise on financial assistance and personal property securities matters. 

To ensure the most successful outcome for our clients, we often work as part of their multi-disciplinary team comprising financial and tax advisors, and accountants.
