Overview
Talitha advises on a range of matters, including regulatory investigations and prosecutions, corporate crime, market manipulation, shareholders' oppression claims, and commercial and contractual disputes.
Talitha takes pride in her ability to deliver innovative solutions on litigation and regulatory matters to a variety of clients across many industry sectors. She has extensive experience conducting litigation in all Victorian courts, the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court in other States. Clients appreciate Talitha's unwavering commitment and approachable manner.
Talitha has a strong sense of professional responsibility to advocate for social justice and human rights. She actively contributes to the Colin Biggers & Paisley Foundation, whose core focus is to promote and protect the rights of women, children and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples through pro bono legal services, volunteering and charitable contributions. Talitha has also volunteered at Refugee Legal since 2018 defending the rights of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants.
She was acknowledged in the Doyle’s Guide - Victorian Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Law Rising Star Rankings, 2024, which identifies the future leading lawyers practicing within the areas of Commercial Litigation, Commercial Dispute Resolution and Insolvency law.
Talitha was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2013. She has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Monash University (2012).
