Simone works exclusively in insurance with her core expertise built through exposure to public liability matters, occupier's liability and professional indemnity claims.

She also has extensive experience assisting health professionals to respond to complaints made to the HCCC and AHPRA.
Simone is an experienced litigator who defends general liability and professional indemnity claims for insurers, organisations and individuals operating across industries including construction, property, legal, medical and government. Simone has defended clients before the Local, District, and Supreme Courts, as well as the NCAT and HCCC.
Simone spent three years in the United Kingdom as a litigation lawyer for the Government representing public sector clients in class actions and catastrophic injury claims.
In recognition of her experience and ability, The Best Lawyers in Australia listed Simone in the Ones to Watch category for Insurance law in 2024 and 2025.
Simone holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in politics. Simone was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2011.
