Nadia is a special counsel in Colin Biggers & Paisley's Planning Government Infrastructure & Environment group in Brisbane. She has more than 15 years of experience in planning litigation and advising on planning law for both public and private sector clients.
Overview
Nadia is a recognised expert in planning, government, infrastructure, and environmental law. She has significant experience providing legal advice, drafting infrastructure planning instruments, and preparing local government statutory instruments. Her practice also includes conducting planning and environmental litigation. Nadia’s expertise is well-recognised, as evidenced by her inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Australia for Planning and Environmental Law from 2021 to 2025.
Nadia holds a Master of Laws (Environmental Law) and a Bachelor of Laws. She has lectured at Bond University on property acquisition and international environmental law. Nadia is a seasoned presenter at seminars and has contributed to various publications, including the Oxford University Press text Energy Law in Transition: Beyond the Carbon Economy.
Outside of her professional commitments, Nadia enjoys spending quality time with her family in the great outdoors.
