Glen is a senior partner in Colin Biggers & Paisley's Restructuring & Insolvency team in Brisbane. He has extensive experience in the conduct of receiverships, voluntary administrations, liquidations and bankruptcies as well as complex litigation matters.
Overview
He has long-standing relationships with insolvency practitioners and acts for clients in the commercial and public sectors, including those in property and development, energy and resources and financial services.
Glen provides advisory and strategic services to company directors and officers. He is well-known for his multi-faceted approach to problem-solving and is highly regarded for his skill as a negotiator - particularly when the parties are polarised and the issues are complex.
