Elyse's expertise is in property development including acquisitions and disposals of assets, off-the-plan sales, titling advice and property due diligence. Admitted to practice in New South Wales in April 2018, Elyse joined Colin Biggers & Paisley Lawyers in 2019 after serving as a Tipstaff for a Supreme Court judge in New South Wales. She was recognised as a Rising Star at Goodman's Legal Services Awards in 2019 and was nominated for the Real Estate category in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in 2020. Additionally, she received the NSW Young Lawyer of the Month award from NSW Young Lawyers in 2020.
Elyse is recognised in the 2025 Best Lawyers Australia - Ones to Watch awards as specialising in real property law.
Elyse holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in political and international relations. She currently serves on the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of NSW and is the immediate past chair of the Property Law Sub-Committee of NSW Young Lawyers. Elyse is also a committee member of the Urban Developer Institute of Australia NSW Young Leaders Committee.
