David Chong

Overview

David has worked across a variety of large and complex matters, and has multi-state litigation experience. David enjoys working with a range of clients pursuing varied claims objectives whilst maintaining open, honest and transparent lines of communication.

He has pushed himself professionally since the start of his legal career and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in defending claims on behalf of landlords, principal contractors, licensed premises, occupiers, managing agents, cleaning contractors, retailers, host employers and labour hire companies. David has a particular interest in advising clients within the hospitality and service industry working with each client in pursuit of the desired outcomes in the most cost effective and efficient way.
 
David holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England. He was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW on 4 July 2008 and in the High Court on 14 July 2010.
