Overview

Our Restructuring & Insolvency team provides the full range of advisory, security enforcement and recovery services. Our capability is enhanced by our team members’ combined expertise in dispute resolution, corporate law, insolvency and finance. We work closely with our other experts in banking and finance, property and development, employment and safety, construction and taxation. This multidisciplinary skillset is highly valued by lenders, creditors, and insolvency and restructuring firms. 

Our team has proven experience acting for banks and financial institutions in the negotiation and enforcement of securities, including syndicated facilities, and on secured recovery actions, including cross-jurisdictional recoveries (US, Europe and Asia). Our team are all active members of Australian and international insolvency and turnaround professional associations.

We are experienced and skilled in:
