Specialising in public liability, property damage, professional indemnity, workers' compensation and motor vehicle accident claims, Fred brings eight years of experience representing and delivering clear, strategic solutions for plaintiffs and insurers.
Overview
Fred has defended numerous claims for and on behalf of occupiers, commercial building owners, principal contractors, subcontractors and property developers within NSW, Queensland, Victoria and the ACT.
He has acted on behalf of optometrists, psychologists and other allied health professionals over complaints made against them to the HCCC, AHPRA and the Health Complaints Commissioner. He has also defended a claim for alleged negligent treatment resulting in serious injuries by a chiropractor and has acted for a Chinese acupuncturist in an investigation by a governing body in relation to allegations of breaches of national codes of conduct and professional standards.
Fred has completed secondments at both Chubb and Proclaim.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW on 15 August 2015.
