Antonia has almost 20 years' experience in commercial, regulatory and class action litigation as well as acting and advising insurers and insureds.

Antonia has acted for a range of insurers and insureds in relation to directors and officers and professional indemnity matters and coverage issues.
Her background in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, combined with her financial services sector knowledge, enables her to consistently achieve successful outcomes for her clients.
Antonia has represented private sector clients in complex disputes across various courts, including the Federal Court, NSW Supreme Court, Victorian Supreme Court, and District Court, as well as in regulatory and commercial matters. She independently manages intricate litigation, collaborating closely with barristers and lawyers from both large and small firms to navigate challenging cases.
Antonia advises clients on the prospects, management, and commercial viability of large claims, ensuring her clients are well-informed and strategically positioned. With significant experience in interpreting and applying legislation, she drafts commercial contracts and represents clients in disputes related to statutory obligations, contracts, and common law.
Antonia advises various stakeholders, including individuals, shareholders, boards of directors, investment committees, regulators, charitable organizations, insurers, litigation funders, and both listed and unlisted companies.
Complementing her advisory expertise is her ability to independently manage complex cases, including overseeing teams to ensure efficient case progression, with a focus on strategic resolution. This is underpinned by her understanding of legal issues and key risks associated with claims, providing independent advice on the prospects and quantum of recovery for her clients.
Antonia holds a Bachelor of Law and was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2005 and to the High Court and Federal Court of Australia in 2016.
