Anthony has been an integral part of Colin Biggers & Paisley's Planning Government Infrastructure & Environment group since 2017 and advanced to senior associate in 2022. He works with a diverse range of clients, including private developers, industry associations, corporations, local councils, and individual landowners.

Anthony is a versatile property lawyer known for his strong technical expertise and dispute resolution skills.
Anthony's practice focus is in the infrastructure space, at the intersection between private property and Government.
He advises across the full spectrum of property and planning matters, including rezoning projects, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and residential developments. His work includes planning and environmental issues related to property development, development approvals, and adjoining landowner disputes, such as tree-related cases and easement disputes before the Land and Environment Court.
Within this broad practice, Anthony has also developed specialist expertise in compulsory land acquisitions and land valuation disputes, managing all stages of the acquisition process - from pre-acquisition negotiations with acquiring authorities to post-acquisition litigation. His experience includes major infrastructure projects such as Sydney Gateway, M12 Motorway, Sydney Metro West, HumeLink, and Inland Rail.
