Angela has been with Colin Biggers & Paisley's Property & Development group since it launched in Queensland in November 2013, and she became a senior associate in 2020. With over a decade of expertise in property development, Angela serves as a trusted advisor to longstanding property developer clients.
Overview
Angela takes a proactive, hands-on approach to overseeing every aspect of her clients' property requirements. This includes conducting thorough due diligence processes, as well as overseeing the entire bulk conveyancing process once projects reach completion. Her involvement ensures that her clients' property transactions are handled with attention to detail and efficiency, from start to finish.
Beyond her focus on property development, Angela advises private clients, local governments, and registered charities on property transactions, commercial and retail leases, land reconfigurations, and conveyancing.
